Shipping Policy

I aim to handle all transactions and shipping within two working days if not on the same day. If there’s any expected delivery delay or issues (such as Covid or Brexit-related), I will notify the customer ahead.

In terms of packaging, prints and cards will be first wrapped in a waterproof and reusable transparent bag before placing in an heavyweight cardboard (highest industry standard) envelope.

Original paintings will be first wrapped in two layers of acid-free papers, follow by bubble wrap and heavyweight cardboard box.

If you opt for the second class service in the UK, it will typically arrives between 2-5 working days, if first class 1-2 working days. I use Royal Mail for UK delivery service and they have delays in certain areas in the UK.

There is a possibility that I will deliver the original paintings myself if your address is within London and 20 mile radius of M25. If this is the case, I will discuss a convenient date and time with you first.

International delivery will vary by timeframe due to the geographical distance and also recent decrease of international passenger and cargo flights, please feel free to contact me for any shipping concerns.

Due to Brexit, there might be additional import tax on your purchase if you are based in Europe. Please kindly note that I am not accountable for this expense.

Return Policy

Please be aware that I will not be able to accept responsibility of damaged goods during transit to your address. However if the damaged or faulty order is proven to my errors, and you would like to arrange an exchange or refund, please contact me within seven days of receipt and return the order in their original condition and protective packaging to me by tracked mail service. I will exchange or refund plus your postage cost within two days of receiving your returned order.

I am unlikely to entertain requests for exchange or refund if it is a change of heart. Therefore I would recommend asking for more photographs or questions about my paintings or prints if you are not certain at the time of purchase. I am happy to answer any enquiries.

If you would like to cancel your order before I have proceeded with the shipping, I am happy to refund you the total of your order within two working days.

I hold the discretion of whether to proceed with the exchange or refund subject to your reasons and will ask for photographic proofs if necessary.

In general, I will aim to resolve your issue within two working days.
